The Las Vegas Academy of the Arts Performing Arts Center is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of Mr. Petre, who was either a former janitor or teacher at the school. The academy is also said to be haunted by a ghost named Will Lowden, the son of the school's benefactor. His ghost is known to play the piano - where music can be heard when the room is empty.
